Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our sales team with accurate quotations, timely client communication, and smooth project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, be good with numbers, and have an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sales quotations, pricing sheets, and cost summaries.
• Coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Track enquiries, follow up on leads, and support the sales team with documentation.
• Maintain sales data and reports using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Ensure timely preparation of project quotations and assist in negotiations when required.
• Support billing, purchase orders, and other backend sales documentation.
• Maintain records of client communications and update project trackers regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or related preferred).
• Excellent Excel skills – ability to use formulas, data analysis, and formatting.
• Strong mathematical and analytical ability for accurate costing and quotation preparation.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or backend sales support preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
