Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Update customers records in CRM - Coordinate with Sales Team by managing schedules, processing sales relevant documentation, and filing - Maintain Sales records and report month-end goal setting to the management - Prepare presentations and supporting documentations to help the sales team generate business leads - Actively participate in essential sales review meetings - Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly liaising with customers for their feedback Qualifications Required: - B.Sc (CS), M.Sc, BBA, Diploma in EE/ME/CS/IT or Diploma in Business Admin or similar - Professional level written and verbal communication skills - 3-5 Years of working experience with corporate companies - Excellent attention to details - In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote - Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed, particularly through presentations - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to competing demands - Integrity and confidentiality About the Company: dSPACE is a market innovator and leader in providing solutions and systems for embedded controller software development in Automotive, Aerospace, and Manufacturing industries.
