Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:·

Understand client needs and suggest appropriate warehousing/logistics services·

Support the sales team with proposal preparation, document handling, and inquiry responses·

Handle lead follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp professionally and promptly· Schedule meetings, product briefings, or site visits with prospective clients·

Maintain lead information in CRM or Excel tracking tools·

Help prepare sales presentations, monthly reports, and internal sales material--

-Required Qualifications & Skills:·

Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields·

Good communication skills (verbal and written)·

Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)·

Well-organized and capable of completing tasks on time with minimal supervision·

Willing to take initiative and work with accuracy.

Shift Timings – 09.30 AM to 6 PM
