Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with excellent communication skills and strong experience in managing the end-to-end sales support process—from quotation preparation to payment follow-up. The ideal candidate will have worked with Hardware OEM partners such as Cisco, HP, Dell, and possess hands-on expertise in Zoho Invoice or similar invoicing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

•Prepare accurate hardware system quotations based on client requirements and OEM pricing guidelines.

•Generate and manage invoices using Zoho Invoice or equivalent platforms.

•Coordinate with sales teams, OEM partners, and clients to ensure timely delivery of quotations and invoices.

•Track and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.

•Maintain organized records of quotations, invoices, and payment status for compliance and reporting.

•Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries related to quotations, billing, and payment schedules.

•Support the sales team in administrative tasks and ensure smooth sales operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

•Minimum 3 years of experience in quotation preparation, invoice management, and payment follow-up in the hardware domain.

•Hands-on experience with Zoho Invoice or similar invoicing tools.

•Prior experience with OEM partners like Cisco, HP, Dell, or similar is highly preferred.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic understanding of hardware components.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
