Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recording of enquiries received through landline number, Google & Online Enquiries.
  • Enquiry follow up & update in System
  • Customer Database maintenance.
  • Preparing quotations.
  • Preparing Proforma Invoice.
  • Updating Opportunities in System
  • Monitor the Outstanding payment receivable and ensure timely collection and keep within the minimum realizable days as per the Company Policy.
  • Supporting Sales & Service Engineers who are on the field.
  • Preparing various MIS Reports on Sales activities.
  • Supporting Sales Coordination Team as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have Experience in Sales Coordination.
  • Should have Good communication skills.
  • Should be proficient in English and local language.
  • People from Chennai preferred.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred.
  • Candidate with minimum 1 year to 4 years of Experience.
