Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience, your role will involve handling quotations, tendering, bidding, and order acceptance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations to customers. - Download the data for suitable tenders and send it to the Manufacturing team. - Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to get quotes for projects. - Assist in the tendering process, ensuring all requirements are met. - Participate in bidding activities to maximize the company's contract-winning opportunities. - Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth order acceptance and processing. - Maintain strong relationships with key clients to generate repeat business opportunities. To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills: - BBA/MBA or BE/B.Tech degree is a must. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,
