Sales Coordinator – Cables & Wires

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and business development team in the cables and wires division. The role involves coordinating sales operations, managing customer communications, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring smooth execution from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations between customers, sales executives, production, and logistics teams.
• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order tracking systems.
• Follow up with clients for order approvals, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Handle inquiries and provide product information related to cables, wires, and accessories.
• Assist in preparing tenders, documentation, and technical submissions.
• Support the sales team with data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and credit control.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or inside sales, preferably in the cables and wires industry.
• Good understanding of electrical products, cable types, and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
