Job Description:

  • Lead, support, and coordinate daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, customer inquiries, and escalations professionally.
  • Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Assist in training, onboarding, and monitoring the performance of sales staff.
  • Coordinate proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and cross-department communication.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales operations.
  • Proven ability to supervise or support a sales team.
  • Strong communication and phone-handling skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Only Females candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
