Job Title: Sales Coordination & Customer Support Executive (Female - Back Office Role)

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through
phone, WhatsApp, and email
Manage sales follow-ups, order status, and quotations
Handle basic documentation and
maintain records in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for delivery updates and offers
Assist the field sales team with required backend support

Candidate Profile:

Female candidate
with 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills in
Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English (required English also)
Comfortable using
CRM software, MS Excel
, and daily reporting tools
Well-organized and confident in handling customer queries
Must be ready to
work from office in Sanand Chaukdi
, Ahmedabad
