Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the current lead pipeline to identify the root causes of drop-offs after meetings and proposals.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and follow-ups to re-activate conversations and move leads toward closure.
  • Work closely with the technical and management teams to refine proposals, presentations, and pitch strategies.
  • Build trust with clients by clearly communicating service value, pricing, and ROI of NOC & Helpdesk solutions.
  • Track and report conversion metrics, client objections, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop structured follow-up processes to ensure no lead is lost due to communication gaps.
  • Create and implement strategies that increase overall conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, update lead stages, and ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in Managed Services, NOC, SOC, Helpdesk, or IT Infrastructure services.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise IT requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales patterns and create data-driven improvement plans.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams to align technical and business inputs.
  • Self-driven, organized, and persistent in follow-up and client handling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of NOC operations, Helpdesk workflows, SLA management, and ITIL concepts.
  • Ability to present solutions in a simplified and client-friendly manner.
