Sales Consultant

As a Sales Manager in our organization, your primary role will be to create and implement sales protocols and procedures to enhance conversion rates and optimize incoming sales interactions. You will be responsible for training Sales Associates on best practices, utilizing emerging technology and intelligence to drive sales growth effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing positive and enduring relationships with vendors and suppliers - Enhancing product knowledge among sales associates and engaging senior management in product knowledge initiatives - Managing junior staff and leading the hiring process for additional sales professionals - Scheduling appointments with clients and ensuring timely follow-up - Implementing and overseeing an outside sales program - Collaborating with the marketing department to enhance brand awareness and social media presence In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proven track record in sales management. Candidates with experience in creating successful sales strategies and driving sales growth will be preferred. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund. The work location will be in person.
