Sales Consultant (Travel)

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our Holiday & Travel team in Kochi. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, recommending suitable holiday packages, and converting leads into successful bookings. Your role will involve providing detailed travel information, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and coordinating with the operations team to deliver seamless service. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customers" travel needs and recommend appropriate holiday packages. - Convert assigned leads into confirmed bookings with minimal loss. - Provide accurate information on Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) and Free Independent Traveler (FIT) packages. - Educate customers on travel destinations, including culture, weather, and available options. - Respond to customer inquiries regarding company services, travel plans, and budgets. - Suggest transport options, accommodations, and visa processes. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels. - Stay updated on travel industry trends and provide feedback to improve service offerings. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Requirements: - Graduation with at least 50% marks (preferably in Travel & Tourism). - Minimum 1 year of experience in holiday package sales preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively understand and respond to customer needs. - Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer service. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Work Schedule: - Fixed off on Fridays. - Alternate Saturdays off. - Sundays are working days.
