As a Sales Consultant at Holiday & Travel, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, recommending suitable holiday packages, and converting leads into successful bookings. Your role will involve ensuring an exceptional customer experience by providing detailed travel information and coordinating with the operations team. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customers' travel needs and recommend suitable holiday packages. - Convert assigned leads into confirmed bookings with minimal loss. - Provide accurate and detailed information on Group Inclusive Tours (GIT) and Free Independent Traveler (FIT) packages. - Educate customers on travel destinations, including their culture, weather, and available travel options. Secondary Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries regarding company services, travel plans, and budgets. - Suggest and recommend appropriate transport options, accommodations, and visa processes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. - Stay updated on travel industry trends and provide valuable feedback to improve service offerings. - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Any graduate with at least 50% marks (preferably in Travel & Tourism). - A minimum of 1 year of experience in holiday package sales is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively. - Passion for travel and providing excellent customer service. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
