Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to domestic and international leads.
• Understand customer requirements and offer personalized insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless policy issuance and customer support.
• Stay updated with global insurance trends and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate and Graduation (Any stream)
• 0-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or BPO.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
• High energy, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.
