Role Overview: As a Sales Consultant at hear.com India, you will be responsible for consulting customers via telephone throughout every step of the process in a B2C setup. Your main focus will be to develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer, act as the bridge between the customer and our partner providers, and provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids. Additionally, after understanding the level of hearing loss and budget of the customer, you will suggest the ideal hearing aid and assist them in the purchasing process.
