Evolved Hair Restoration, a global doctor-led brand with clinics in Australia, India, and Bangladesh, is looking for a Sales Consultant for the Gomti Nagar, Lucknow clinic. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, consultations, and sales conversions while ensuring smooth clinic operations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound patient inquiries through phone, walk-ins, and online channels. - Book appointments and provide a professional, welcoming clinic experience. - Conduct initial diagnosis and pre-consultation discussions to understand patient concerns. - Provide comprehensive information on hair transplants and non-surgical treatments. - Follow up with patients post-consultation to secure bookings for surgeries and treatments. - Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets using a proactive approach. Clinic Operations & Administration: - Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning. - Supervise front-desk and admin staff to deliver excellent patient service. - Maintain accurate patient records with confidentiality. - Support marketing and outreach activities for the clinic. Qualifications: - Education: Graduate (minimum qualification). - Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales, preferably in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or healthcare industry. - Personality: Street smart, persuasive, and confident in handling high-value clients. - Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask between sales and operations. - Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
