Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role located in Ludhiana. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the automobile purchasing process. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing detailed information about vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales records.

  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
