Sales Compensation Associate 1

As a Sales Operations Compensation Associate at RSM, you play a crucial role in the North American Sales Organization (NAS) by assisting in the administration of NAS incentive compensation plans and related systems. Your responsibilities also include conducting financial analysis and forecasting related to North American Sales incentive compensation. In this role, you will be responsible for various essential duties such as Sales Incentive Compensation Program Administration, Sales Incentive Compensation Analytics, and Sales Data management. You will work closely with the Sales Compensation Manager and Finance team to ensure accurate processing of incentive compensation in alignment with NAS Incentive Compensation Programs. - Assist in approving sales incentive compensation based on NAS Incentive Compensation Programs - Process approved NAS incentive compensation on a regular basis - Support the annual incentive compensation planning process by producing key financial analysis - Review and validate reporting results as required - Identify opportunities to enhance sales compensation administration processes - Analyze financial data and provide ad hoc analysis - Ensure accurate entry of NAS opportunities in the CRM system - Monitor CRM data for compliance with incentive compensation plan rules - Assist in maintaining NAS data and streamline data entry processes - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, sales, or equivalent experience - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel (VLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivot Table, etc.) - Experience in sales compensation system administration and CRM - Strong analytical and communication skills - 1-2 years of experience in sales compensation administration, accounting, finance, or sales operations - Demonstrated ability to support and implement change and influence a diverse population,
