Sales Coach Training

You will be responsible for conducting Financial Awareness workshops in designated geographies and designing and delivering learning interventions to create responsible and purpose-driven partners. Your role will involve joint field work with the onboarded Business Partners to close on prospective leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating innovative content for the variable resource to enhance their awareness of the features of products. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that no mis-selling occurs on the field. Your feedback will play a crucial role in creating positive reinforcement in the variable workforce.
