Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to manage service support activity efficiently and support allied functions to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: Manage the Team to -  Achieve category wise Operations target. o Provide back office support to existing service team o Coordinating between service team, vendors and clients ensuring smooth operations. o Creating and monitoring activity schedules for FE’s and follow up o Handling all the service correspondence. Proactive and prompt communication to all stakeholders.  Achieve category wise service targets. o Follow up with service team and GE team for timely completion of PMS, Installation and Break down calls. o Follow up of tool movement o Track spare parts sales and targets given by company. o Improve consumable, accessories, equipment sales business.  Proper MIS Reporting System o Organize and maintain data files and records, update when necessary.  Prepare and maintain Strong Induction Program Candidate requirements:  Personal Immaculate work ethics, pleasing personality with excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have an eye for detail, flair for documentation, clarity in recording and presenting information. Should be enthusiastic to drive new initiatives and develop team spirit. Creative thinking with a desire to simplify work.  Professional Presence of mind, good with numbers, process oriented, structure in doing things, customer sensitivity. Good time management and ability to prioritize. Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working and integral relationships.  Functional Proficiency in MS office (outlook, excel, word & power point). Proactive and disciplined in mail correspondence. Good file management, documentation skills  Qualification and experience Graduate in any Discipline Prior work in sales operations or support roles would be advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must. Good Experience in client facing roles You are quick learner and have excellent analytical abilities to identify issues and bottlenecks. You can work well with multiple teams and contribute to the big picture by always staying focussed on key deliverables and parameters. You are a team-player who can drive peer-efforts towards a focussed goal.
