Must Have :- 1. ATLEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF MARKETING IN FMCG INDUSTRY. JOB DESCRIPTION :- Handling VAN Sales Operations Make the proper VAN operating report on Monthly basis In depth knowledge of marketing/branding activities Managing and executing all types of BTL activities and brand activation. Handling POP Material management: Designing, Printing, Dispatch and Stock maintenance. Trade scheme planning and development Consumer scheme planning and development Articulate and manage Price List Manage MICE /Events. New Product Launch Planning and execution. Identify, Evaluate, Negotiate and Finalize vendor/supplier/agency. Getting work done from external resources like:-Vendors/suppliers/designers/consultants/agencies/laboratories. Getting the designs made for packaging, branding and communication. Maintain good relations with trade partners and coordinate with the sales team for any problems, requirements, or support. Briefing Sales team about the product, campaign, communication, offers, etc. Able to communicate/coordinate efficiently with all stakeholders (Trade channel partners, Customers, etc) and satisfy them. Identifying Target Audiences and planning effective marketing/branding activities for the purpose of increasing sales. Capable of making an in-depth report on Competitor Analysis and Market trends. Detailed record management of competitors on regular basis. R&D (Primary and Secondary Research) Manage and maintain legal statutory requirements of products.
