Prime responsibilities for this post will include the following:- 1. Preparing Sales Quotations for Machines and Spares in ERP. 2. Co-ordinating with Stores team for smooth dispatch of machines and spares. 3. Sending dispatch details to our customers by email or whatsapp and ensuring that the material is delivered on time. 4. Calling up customers and generating Sales and Spares Order for SIGMA machines. 5. Maintaining Daily Service Report tracking and ensuring prompt service to our customers from the time of their complaint till our service engineer attends the sites and closes the complaint. 6. Talking to our existing customers and taking their feedback regarding After Sales service support and whether they are satisfied with her service especially for customers from 2018 onwards. 7. Co-ordinating with Sales team in Bangalore and Chennai and supporting them with Quotations, dispatches etc.. 8. Must have good communication skills and good in Excel.. 9. Handling data entry for various reports as per requirement.
