You will be responsible for providing Inbound Technical Support during the US Shift. Your primary tasks will include taking inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues. It will be your responsibility to diagnose the problems and offer the most suitable technical support plan to the customers, including relevant software recommendations. - Must have experience in Outbound Tech Support for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year - Ability to independently close calls and possess strong convincing and sales skills - Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Troubleshooting technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad - Salary range: Rs.15,000-22,000/month (fixed) + Lucrative Incentives - Work in US Shift timing - Experience in Outbound Tech Support for 6 months to 1 year - Proficiency in handling own calls and strong sales skills - Familiarity with BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad If you are a candidate with the right qualifications and skills, there is no salary bar.
