Job Description: As a Sales Capture Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic and strategic role that involves shaping, selling, and closing deals that encompass single or multiple services. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to develop effective win strategies, negotiating terms, and executing close plans to ensure successful deal closures. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring that each deal aligns with the organization's objectives and client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to align team objectives and strategies. - Mentor junior professionals in sales techniques and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals. - Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategy. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.,
