Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth client communications. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in drafting professional emails, managing client interactions via phone, and providing administrative support to streamline the sales process.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
Proficient in handling customer inquiries and managing customer databases
Ability to make outbound sales calls and follow up on leads
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies
Highly motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Experience in the digital transformation or technology sector is advantageous

What We’re Looking For

Experience in outbound sales or telecalling.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Comfortable working with targets.
Good communication and convincing skills.
