Role Description:

Sales Calling Executive – Full-Time (US Shift)

Sales Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to promote our products/services
• Be comfortable conducting

  sales conversations over video calls

• Effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections with confidence
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve call strategies and campaign success

Requirements:

• 1

  year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar voice process is preferred (especially in international calling), but not mandatory

• Excellent spoken English

  with clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal skills

• Bold, confident, and persuasive

  communication style
• Ability to work in a

  night shift (US hours)

  from our Kolkata office
• Strong work ethic and target-driven attitude

Preferred:

• Candidates

  based in Kolkata or willing to relocate

• Prior experience in

  international sales or US outbound calling

• Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
