Sales Calling Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Calling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, maintaining strong customer relations, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and generate interest.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update client databases regularly.
• Schedule follow-ups and ensure conversion of leads into sales.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve set targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication in English (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an added advantage.
