Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in HVAC systems and air purifiers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, understanding customer needs, and closing sales in both residential and commercial segments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about clean air technologies and energy-efficient climate solutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into sales for HVAC and air purifier systems. Conduct product presentations and site visits for clients (residential, commercial, and industrial). Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and end-users. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and market research. Collaborate with technical/service teams for installation and customer support. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated with product features, competitors, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM or sales tracker. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in HVAC, air purification, or electronics/appliances) Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
