Sales Associates (Voice process)

Role Overview: As a Sales Associate in the US Voice Process based in Gurgaon, Sector-58, your role will require an adept understanding of financial products and banking domain for achieving revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline. Additionally, you will actively source new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, generate interest, and close sales by creatively reaching out to decision-makers. Achieving incremental sales targets and ensuring policy/procedure compliance will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding financial products and banking domain for effective performance - Making outbound cold calls and following up aggressively with prospects - Sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales - Generating daily reports and ensuring process compliance - Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domain - Proactively reaching out to decision-makers and creatively navigating outreach strategies Qualifications Required: - Experience in outbound sales calling process - Excellent spoken and written English skills - 0.6-6 years of sales experience with a track record of over-achieving goals - Strong phone presence and ability to make dozens of calls per day - Works well within a team and independently - Past experience in facing U.S clients - Graduates/Undergraduates can both apply Additional Company Details: The company offers a range of perks and benefits including a fixed 5-day work week in the office, incentives based on performance, both side cab facility, one-time meal provision, and health insurance coverage worth Rs 5 lacs.
