Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and providing an excellent buying experience. This role demands strong communication skills, customer focus, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customer leads through cold calling, networking, and client referrals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
• Assist customers in vehicle selection based on their needs and preferences
• Prepare and process sales documentation and ensure timely follow-up
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with automotive trends and product knowledge
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, service, delivery) to ensure smooth customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
