About Us: VWOOD Furniture is a premium retail destination known for elegant designs that transform homes. We blend craftsmanship with customer care, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to be the face of our store.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, guiding them through our product offerings and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining daily documentation and supporting sales operations.

Work Schedule

• Timings: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Location: VWOOD Furniture, Alkapur Township, Manikonda
• Weekly Off: 1 day off per week (rotational or fixed as per store schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions
• Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, inquiries, and daily sales
• Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery updates
• Ensure the showroom is tidy, welcoming, and product displays are well-maintained
• Handle basic billing and payment procedures
• Address customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
• Contribute to monthly sales targets and promotional activities

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
• Passionate about home décor and design
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
