Job Title: Sales Associate (Hybrid Mode) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – Combination of In-office and Remote Work) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting from ₹15,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹1,50,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in a hybrid role. This position involves interacting with customers both online and offline, explaining product offerings, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. High performers have the opportunity to earn lucrative incentives up to ₹1.5 lakhs per month. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential franchise partners through various channels Conduct presentations and virtual/in-person meetings to explain the franchise model, business opportunity, ROI, and operational expectations. Generate and follow up on franchise leads Present business model and ROI to prospects Evaluate and onboard qualified franchise partners Achieve monthly franchise sales targets Work with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding Requirements: Strong communication and sales skills Prior franchise or B2B sales experience is a plus Ability to work in hybrid mode and flexible hours Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: Remote
