Role Overview: As a Customer Service Executive for a luxury timepiece boutique, your main responsibilities will include handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, and ensuring excellent communication skills. Your role will involve promoting luxury timepieces to customers, managing customer relationships through excellent sales service, creating and maintaining a network of customers, attending and supporting company events and activities, playing an active role in ensuring the boutique achieves its sales targets, and maintaining housekeeping, operating, and customer service standards.
