About the Role
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our dynamic real estate sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to site visits and final closures.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Schedule and conduct property site visits for potential buyers.
Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions and closures.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems regularly.


Requirements
Minimum 1.52 years of experience in real estate sales (B2C).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
