Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, skillsets, and preferences. Assist candidates in professional resume enhancement, interview coaching, and overall career development planning. Match qualified candidates with appropriate full-time (FTE) and W2 IT job opportunities based on skill alignment and career objectives. Collaborate closely with recruitment and marketing teams to promote candidate profiles effectively to clients. Provide insights into current market trends, recommend relevant certifications, and advise on skill development strategies. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate documentation and full compliance with internal and external requirements. Stay informed about evolving IT industry trends to better align candidate placements with current and future market demands.
