Key Responsibilities: Market available bench candidates (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and EAD holders) to implementation partners and direct clients in the U.S. Maintain strong relationships with consultants, understand their technical skills and availability, and prepare them for interviews. Source job requirements from vendors, job boards, and established networks. Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors to ensure successful placements. Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and maintain consistent follow-up with consultants and clients. Track all submissions, interview schedules, offers, and feedback through internal systems. Keep up with the latest visa policies and hiring trends in the U.S. IT staffing industry. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely marketing and effective communication.
