Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and convert them into sales. Identify customer needs, cross-sell/upsell relevant offerings. Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure conversions. Update CRM with call logs, customer interactions, and outcomes. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and sales processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory). 0–2 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer service (freshers are welcome with good communication skills). Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure. Strong listening skills and customer service orientation.
