Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Admissions & Sales Executive to join our team. This role is vital in converting leads into successful enrollments and building strong relationships with prospective learners. Responsibilities: Initiate contact with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email . Clearly communicate the value and features of our courses and services . Convert inquiries and prospects into confirmed student enrollments . Maintain and update CRM records and follow-up schedules diligently. Serve as the face of the institute when interacting with prospective clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign goals and messaging. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati . A high level of ownership, accountability, and ethical responsibility . Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a sales-driven mindset . Willingness to learn continuously and contribute to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
