Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet customers and understand their eyewear needs.
Assist customers in frame selection, lens options, and product features.
Provide accurate product information and help customers make informed decisions.
Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times.

Sales & Store Targets

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Support upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.
Ensure high conversion rates through effective customer engagement.

Store Operations

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual standards of the store.
Ensure product displays, frames, and accessories are arranged as per VM guidelines.
Participate in daily store opening and closing activities.

Inventory Management

Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging new stock.
Maintain stock accuracy through regular counting and replenishment.
Report low-stock items or discrepancies to the store manager.

Billing & Cash Handling

Operate POS systems for billing and payments.
Ensure accuracy in billing, returns, and exchange processes.
