Role Overview: As a Sales Associate for Fabriclore, you will play a crucial role in the inbound sales process by identifying and engaging with industry leaders, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high client satisfaction. You will be working in a dynamic team environment that encourages innovation and provides diverse market exposure in the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with prominent fashion brands, private label designers, and garment manufacturers to introduce them to Fabriclore's unique fabric sourcing solutions. - Develop lasting relationships that drive business growth and brand visibility in the textile and fashion industry. - Strategically create and manage a high-performing sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. - Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong conversion rate. - Effectively communicate the value of Fabriclore's fabric range and customization capabilities through engaging product demos, virtual meetings, and client presentations. - Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and industry trends. - Keep comprehensive records of all client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress in CRM tools. - Work closely with the design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders, from sampling to final delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Sales professionals with experience in B2B sectors such as hospitality, insurance, loans, automobiles, fashion & textiles. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages. - Skills required: Communication, Relationship building, Self-driven attitude, CRM Software. - Qualification: Graduate.
