About Us:
We are a growing organization in the Fruits & Vegetables (FnV) sector, working closely with a large base of
farmers. Our mission is to ensure seamless supply of fresh produce to Q-Commerce, Modern Trade (MT), and
other retail platforms. We're looking for a young, energetic, and field-ready Sales Associate to strengthen our
sales operations in Bangalore.
Sales & Order Fulfilment
Handle B2B orders from Q-Commerce and MT clients
Coordinate daily deliveries to ensure on-time dispatch
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat orders
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong rapport with existing and new clients
Onboard new retail vendors, pushcart sellers, and small wholesalers
Act as a key point of contact for sales and service support
Market Intelligence & Price Monitoring
Track daily market prices and competitor offerings
Provide actionable insights to help pricing and sourcing teams
Stock Management
Drive liquidation of B-grade and excess inventory to pushcart vendors and local markets
Coordinate with warehouse or dispatch teams to manage product flow
Collections & Payments
Ensure timely payment collection from all customers
Maintain basic records and reporting on collections
Age below 30 years
Must own a bike and be willing to travel locally
Fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for fieldwork and the agri/FnV sector
Basic familiarity with mobile apps and Excel is a plus
Self-motivated, energetic, and proactive attitude
