Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bilaspur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, providing information about loan products, insurance, and mutual funds, and helping clients understand their options. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, processing loan applications, maintaining client records, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of different loan products such as home loans, business loans, personal loans, loans against property
• Understanding of insurance and mutual funds
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
