Sales Associate D2C Fashion (Customer Experience & Retention)

You will be joining Saphed, India's pioneering linen brand, as a Sales Associate. Your role will involve being the voice of Saphed on calls, combining sales, service, and customer experience to strengthen customer loyalty and drive repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Call customers with abandoned checkouts and assist them in completing purchases. - Conduct post-sales feedback calls to gather insights for improving the customer experience. - Provide personalized attention to VIP and high-value clients. - Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve conversion and retention goals. - Track and share customer insights with the leadership team. - Maintain detailed call records and follow-ups in our systems. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service within a D2C/e-commerce or clothing brand. - Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and the sales funnel. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills for calls. - Customer-first mindset with the ability to handle VIP service. - Familiarity with CRM tools, Shopify, and order management systems is a plus.
