Sales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs, building relationships, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Maintain store appearance standards by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines, restocking shelves regularly, and organizing inventory efficiently.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals such as achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction ratings, and maintaining high levels of productivity.
Stay up-to-date on new products launches, promotions, and company news to provide informed assistance to customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of retail sales experience preferred but not required.
