Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our academic books to schools. You must be an excellent communicator with a result-oriented mindset and a strong understanding of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct product demonstrations and briefings for school leaderships teachers. Provide feedback and insights to the company to support business growth and product development. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned region. Explore new business opportunities and generate leads. Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques Active learner with a result-driven approach Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate Experience: More than 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in the Publishing sector) Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply Additional Requirements: Preferably own a personal laptop and own means of conveyance Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
