Bhulaxmi Jewellers, a renowned name in traditional Maharashtrian jewelry, is looking to hire a dynamic and customer-focused PR Specialist to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Actively walk around the store, engage with customers, and inform them about our ongoing offers and promotions.
• If customers are not making a purchase, engage in a conversation to understand their reasons and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Ensure that all customers receive the best service possible, enhancing their shopping experience.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
