You are a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate responsible for qualifying and developing sales leads, running targeted campaigns, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline at our cutting-edge IT product company, AlgoShack. Your role involves excelling in stakeholder engagement, lead generation, and executing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities include using SpecFlow to qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, designing and executing industry-specific outbound campaigns, accurately tracking communication with current and potential customers using CRM tools, scheduling demonstrations and discovery meetings, engaging customer stakeholders, utilizing social selling techniques, conducting high-volume calls with decision-makers, and enriching the sales pipeline. To excel in this role, you are required to have an undergraduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a metrics-driven sales or client-facing role. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or equivalent platforms is essential, along with a strong command of MS Office tools. Exceptional communication, organizational, and telephone skills are crucial, as well as the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. An analytical mindset, adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment, and a growth-oriented mindset are also key requirements. Additionally, you should be able to identify business opportunities, craft persuasive strategies, and understand business solutions to effectively meet customer needs.
