Job Title: Sales Associate – Accounting Software Location: Kolkata Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Associate to promote our accounting software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching the product, conducting client meetings, and providing product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and field visits. Pitch and promote the company’s accounting software to prospective clients (SMEs, startups, professionals, etc.). Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual product demonstrations for clients. Understand client needs and present customized solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Meet sales targets and provide regular updates to the reporting manager. Maintain CRM records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and deal closures. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in software sales (preferably SaaS or accounting-related products). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for client visits and demos. Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
