Job Description

As a member of the dynamic team at VS Corp, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect shoes. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers warmly and professionally and helping them find shoes that meet their needs - Providing guidance on sizing, fitting, and style selection - Staying updated on the latest fashion trends and product features to offer informed advice - Processing sales transactions efficiently - Maintaining a tidy work environment and restocking shelves - Assisting in training new team members To succeed in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of footwear sales experience - Excellent customer service skills - Effective communication and presentation abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven track record of meeting sales targets In addition to a competitive salary, this full-time permanent position offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule primarily consists of day shifts, with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our location in Hyderabad, Telangana.
