Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant, located in Gurugram. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities which include customer service, managing communications, and organizing sales-related tasks. The role involves interacting with customers, coordinating sales efforts, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Any graduation - BA/BSc/BCom/BTech
• Language Proficiency - English and Hindi
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication
• Customer Service Knowledge/Experience
• Proficiency in Sales and Organization Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in IT services or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
